Position: Senior Projects Manager:
Duties:
•Provide operational support as well as centralized coordinated supervision to meet the project's strategic objectives and benefits. Employ exceptional analysis and reporting techniques in major projects to enhance the data flow between the stakeholders for monitoring and control. Oversee daily change requests efficiently to ensure meeting project deadlines. Collaborate closely with clients/contractors/consultants as well as operational teams to identify and achieve the business needs successfully.
•Senior Projects Manager for Special Design elevators: (Explosion proof, IP54, IP65, Dust Proof inclined, TWIN, and Helipad) Elevators.
• Sales Technical Support for Special Design Projects.
• Handling projects as per requirements (European EN or American ASME, ANSE).
• Traffic analysis studies.
•Creates & executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
