Iam a leader for all payroll and Compansation and Benefits teams, and total manpower more than 3000.

- Fully implemented SAP HRMS module in Mitsubishi Electric - from blueprint stage to user acceptance testing and go-live
- Reduced payroll run time to 3 working day with error rate
I was in-charge of the HR & Payroll Team of CRC, KSA, and make Policies and Procedures:
• Development and design of compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy
• Assessment of the employees' needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
• Creation and improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems
• Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations
• Support of managers in their decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees
• Preparation of regular audits and reports for information storage reasons
I am leading the Payroll team of Drake & Scull Construction, KSA which is the largest subsidiary of Drake and Scull International PJSC; having annual turnover in excess of SAR 3 billion and contributing more than 70% of overall DSI business. I am reporting to the HR Manager and lead a team of 2 people. My KEY responsibilities include:
• Prepare and submit monthly payroll for 8, 000 employees and prepare related cost reports for onward submission to Corporate HQ in Dubai and Finance Department.
• Upload payroll using WPS for ensuring compliance with Ministry of Labor requirements.
• Coordinate with banks for all employee related issues (e.g. Iqama expiry, ATM blocked, etc.).
• Prepare increments and bonus calculations for all employees in consultation with HR Manager.
• Prepare various reports on cost optimization and submit to HR Director and CEO for review and approval.
• Perform process analysis to identify gaps and give recommendations to address issues.
• Manage and approve employee settlements either for annual leave or termination or resignation to clear their final settlement.
• Participated in implementation of Oracle ERP
• Support IT Department, Finance Department and Project Operations business to integrate Oracle HRMS with other modules.
• Ensure all new employees are correctly entered in the Oracle ERP and all old employees are accordingly removed.
• Supervising, training and performing appraisals of the payroll team.
Develop and administer various human resources policies and procedures.
Plan, organize and control all activities of the Department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Implement and annually update compensation program; rewrite job descriptions as necessary; conduct annual salary surveys and develop merit pool (salary budget);
Analyze compensation; monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.
Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
Conduct orientation session for all new employees.
Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status.
