• Collaborate with strategy team to ensure commercial strategies are in line with overall strategic objectives and reflect regional and local market trends.
• Develop the annual budget and forecast for commercial departments covering all divisions.
• Leading and ownership of cross functional projects and commercial initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts and targets based on marketing roadmap, historical trends and growth potential.
• Build multi products business models and identify business growth opportunities.
• Build the commission scheme and product mix portfolio for the sales department
• Perform market segment analysis to provide insights according to customers and market needs.
• Prepare commercial reports (actual vs. targets) along with comprehensive gap analysis.
• Build detailed profitability matrix covering revenues/costs/gross margins per stream.
• Provide complete overview for the commercial executive officer (CCO) on business performance, project portfolio, status and resource planning for delivering strategic business Initiatives.
• Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity of all information.
