• Provide overall strategic HR leadership to the company, including all divisions. Oversee the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and employee events.
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost effective for the firm.
• Provide overall leadership and guidance to HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development, compensation and benefits.
• Oversee the ongoing activities of the administrative department activities which might include Stockholder Relations, Real Estate Operations, Facility Management, Logistics, outsourcing Contracts, Governmental Relations, and Public Relations

- Extensive background in HR generalist affairs, including experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, developing teambuilding programs, and writing personnel manuals, corporate policies, job descriptions and management reports.

o Performance Management System Supervisor (ZAIN Dialogue )
o Identify and plan for the present and future training needs of every department
o Negotiate and plan training strategies with other managers and external providers
o Oversee the budget for training and work resources such as videos, journals and books
o Deliver On-Job Training & technical Training to the new employees
o Ensures that all training programs are linked with the annual performance appraisal.

o Preparing and distributing the monthly payroll for all employees
o Preparing reports & surveys as well as processing all compensation and payroll deductions
o Coordinate with the finance Department to ensure that wages of district employees are correctly
o Ensure the timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll
o Maintain payroll files; keep them up to date and accurate
o Perform other related duties as assigned.
