• Discuss criteria for hiring & Job description, specifications, Budget required.
• Contacting agencies for recruitment.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes & selecting candidates through various channels.
• Working on ATS recruitment software (ZOHO Recruit, Bamboo HR, Smart Recruit etc.).
• Responsible for Payroll (Overtime calculation, grievance, leave & Time management).
• Employee engagement & orientation.
• Assist in Developing Policies and procedure.
• Working on Government portals(GOSI, Mudad, Ajeer, Muqeem, MOFA)
• Maintain data regarding potential candidates for future employment.
• Maintains H.R records by recording new hires contracts, transfers, terminations, and changes in job classifications, Merit increases, tracking vacation, sick leave & warning letter issue.
• Make Offer letter and Follow up on visa process for new employee & medical required.
• Employee Background verification check.
• Renew Employee’s Insurance & Manage Bank accounts
• Conflict management & finding best resolution.
Work closely with HR Manager on recruitment & employee relations related issues.
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Performance management.
• Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
• Reviewing resumes and applications.
• Providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
• Working on Job portals (job posting, sender mails) & advertisements.
• Shortlist the candidates for interview.
• Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
• Initial Screening of candidates & scheduling the interviews.
• Assisting manager - Recruitment in profile understanding.
• Visa process, Degree attestation process maintaining HR records, such as compensation, all insurances.
• Employee Orientation & Training.
• Feedback on candidates to manager.
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
