• Reporting to Sr. Projects Manager
• Manage the daily operation of all activities concerning the construction of the project
• Monitor site progress
• Assign & monitor subcontractors to execute construction and installation work
• Cost monitoring and report for any deviations from project budge
• Initiate Value Engineering to meet budget
• Develop & implement 'Weekly/Monthly Project Report' and communicate on timely manner
• Project procurement, negotiate final price, payment terms and releasing purchase order
• Identify and control project risks
• Record project events and update programme of work
• Development of design drawings, shop drawings and coordination with other services
• Perform HVAC calculations such heat load, pumps head and fans static head.
• Identify potential variations & improve project margin

• Pre-Commissioning & commissioning of equipment

• Lead the team that is responsible for achieving the project objectives
• Manage the daily operation of all activities concerning the construction of the project
• Ensures that all construction works are undertaken to required designs, specification & standards.
• Determine labor requirements, and compare it with the budget.
• Monitor site progress
• Coordinate with head of departments for cost monitoring and report for any deviations from project budget.
• Ensure the construction schedule is maintained
• Maintain accurate and detailed records are of all site activities
• Follow MEP authority approvals with project engineers.
• Resolving technical & site coordination issues, and assisting site team to do so.
• To study all technical drawings, documents and any revisions thereon.
• Raise technical query for any conflict information within the project technical document
• To assist of preparing comparison report between tender documents and IFC documents in terms of materials quantities, specification and scope of work to commercial department to claim any variations in project objectives
• To supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor.
• To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and /or instruction of authorized authorities.
• Follow up of progress planning and arranging all its requirements
• Monitoring of Subcontractor’s performance.
• To ensure that the construction team are working to approved to the latest and approved construction issue drawings
• To review the technical submittal of materials and ensure its compliance with project
• To ensure that any variations and instructions received from the client are incorporated into the latest construction issue drawings and auctioned by the construction team
• Materials take off from contract drawings & Materials requisition
Mechanical Engineer in MEP field, responsible for executing variety of major projects, from design, preparation of shop drawings, following progress at site, material procurement, preparing reports, coordination, and testing & commissioning.
