• Responsible for all the hard services (Electrical, mechanical and
civil) at Royal Terminal
• Manage day-to-day operational activities and respond to callouts.
• Manages and executes the planned maintenance activities, leads,
and sets the direction of the maintenance team.
• Sets priorities, distributes work, and monitors progress and work
quality.
• Identifies issues and solves problems that disturb the daily
operation.

• Responsible for managing the operation and maintenance team to perform corrective maintenance (CM) and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Day-to-day supervision of hard and soft services.
• Conduct daily inspections for all the assets.
• Responsible for managing the outsourcing contracts and monitoring and measuring contractor performance, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Responsible for implementing all health and safety policies and procedures according to standards.
• Monitoring the tenants Fit-out activities start from the pre-design stage until they finish their interior work according to the fit-out manual and issue the required permits.
• Follow the day-to-day operations and create various reports to be delivered to management.
• Follow the CAFM system on a daily basis and generate all types of reports required.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their needs.

• Responsible for all the cost estimating and budgeting prepares initial cost estimates based on project plans, considers material and labor costs, and creates the overall project budget.
• Preparing tender documents, selecting contractors, and negotiating contracts.
• Provide cost insights throughout the design and construction phases, ensuring everyone is on the same page financially.
• Tracks expenses, monitors project progress against the budget, and identifies any cost variances.
