1. supervised and managed project in the size of 500-1000 Million SR professionally .
2. Manage and coordinate the Project Bidding process, Purchase Requisitions, negotiating and
Issuing of all the Purchase Orders to vendors and all related major Subcontracts.
3. Prepare and implement the project execution plan.
4. Setting up the Project team and Subcontractors.
5. Manage and coordinate the Mobilization and Demobilization activities for the Manpower,
Equipment, Site Camp, Site Offices, Fabrication shops, Warehouses.
6. Manage and coordinate the Internal and External Monthly/Biweekly Project Progress
Reports, Responsible for the Cost and Budget of the project.
7. Manage and coordinate the Equipment and Material Delivery (shipment, clearance and delivery to
site).
8. Manage and coordinate the site construction activities for all disciplines, (Civil, Electrical,
Structural, Instrumentation, Piping, Mechanical and Telecommunication).
9. Manage and coordinate the site Installation, Testing & Commissioning activities for all
disciplines, ( Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Mechanical and Telecommunication).
10. Conducting periodical progress review meetings internally, with subcontractors, with vendors
and with Client (at office and at site).
11. Manage and coordinate the Project Cost and budget Control, Including Change Orders and
Claims.
12. Manage and coordinate the Project Quality, Safety and Maintenance Requirements.
13. Manage and coordinate the Project progress .
14. Manage and coordinate the Project close-out and Handing over.
• Collaborated with the project manager in effectively managing and completing major telecom
projects within delivery schedules leading to enhanced client satisfaction.
• Managed a team of telecommunication engineers in closing major project based on project
delivery schedules and other quality parameters.

1. Training in Power plants, Generation units, Substations.
2. Take a Training program (3 months ) in Power plant 5 (in Deareaah) in operation department and Electrical Maintenance including trouble shooting, regular Maintenance and controlling the Electrical equipment's ( ABB units )
3. Take a Training program (4 months) in Power plant 8 (wadi laban) in Electrical Maintenance department working as Electrical Maintenance Engineer for ABB units & also GE units including trouble shooting, regular Maintenance, controlling the Electrical equipment's such as:
•Generator Hard wear: stator, rotor, exciter, etc
•Generator control system (speed, temperature, cooling pumps, relays, voltage regulation, frequency & balancing with the network )
•Turbine control system (Mark 5 for GE units & Egatron for new ABB units & TR76 for old ABB units)
4. Following some big Electrical Maintenance projects which was held in Power plant 7 (in alselay) & in Power plant 9 (in alshargeah road ).
