o FortiGate firewalls configuration, management.
o Domain controller, Active Directory, User Accounts, Policies, DHCP, DNS.
o Provide 1st, 2nd and 3d level support for Head Quarter and Branch offices networks,
servers and users remotely.
o Microsoft Windows desktop environment support.
o ISA 2004, ISA 2006, TMG 2010 for internet management.
o Manage Secure Networks using Symantec Endpoint Manager, Kasper Security Center,
network policies.
o Backup management.
o Monitor data storage SAN, shared files management policies.
o Manage IT and Networks procurements, RFPs, and tenders.
o IT team management.
o Interact with users to provide Support and training required to increase awareness of
information technology and reduce threats.
o Technical Support installation, configuration, management (servers, PCs, AP, CCTV,
printers, scanners and other IT or office equipment’s).
o Virtualization using (VMware VCenter).
