Starting up ThyssenKrupp CBM business in the middle east and north Africa as a strategic business and transfer it into a profitable center.
Drawing a strategy for the active units
Starting up a new line of business in the middle east making Promaint a unique company in the region.
Developing the technical competence for 6 electrical engineers and 19 electrical technicians to run in synergy and efficiency serving the electrical power industry and utility.
Concluding a deal with more than 10 International companies to represent them in the region, some deals include east Africa countries.

Short term Assignment aimed for Motivating and engendering loyalty from subordinates to achieve the business objectives and a good working relationship during merge and restructuring process.

Starting up an ambitious project to build an Industrial engineering and service center for ABB in east Africa based in Dar-essalam, Tanzania.
Designing the whole organizational process, marketing, sales, human resources hiring, training, budgeting and Implement the whole project.
Acquiring a local company working in some related fields, restructuring and integrating it into the organization.
Applying intensive professional and cultural training module to build up the technical competence and ABB working culture among local staff both newly hired and acquired company staff (Totally 70 employees).
Assuring flow of information in both ways between ABB international head quarter and local organization as well as reporting on a regularly basis the development plans, financial figures, business plans, etc.
