Achieve the goals set by the company and follow-up with the administrators group and the loan officers and loan officers in the main section in coordination with the credit manager, regional manager of the branch and be directly responsible for implementation to achieve the best results.
Supervision of promotional activities in the region, including an explanation of the company’s business in public meetings and business gatherings, social events and community functions and in coordination with the regional Director of Credit and or Director of Operations.
Follow-up matters of collection and periodically reporting regional credit manager.
Assessment visits to customers and to report the visit and recommendations concerning the request for submission to the commission on the loans.
Follow-up reports of loans issued by the Information Management to ensure their validity and follow-up things accordingly.
Determine the number of loan officers and make recommendations on the appointment of officers of the loans in the areas of the branch.
Identify training needs for loan officers in coordination with the regional director and officer training program used in the company.
Participate in setting goals and action plans and the allocation of geographic coverage area for each individual loan officer and monthly performance goals include a minimum of new and renewed loans and loan portfolios due and troubled.
Monitor and track the performance of loan officers compared to targets with the analysis of performance results and to provide assistance to branch officers whether with the collection or follow-up clients.
Re-division of the geographical areas of the portfolio section.
Preparation of plans and monthly and annually reports set forth and submit them to the Regional Credit Manager.
Distribution of duties concerning actions of the administrative branch and field work.
Follow-up to the annual plan developed by the strategic goals of the company.
Review loan applications and evaluation reports submitted by officers of loans and recommend to the commission loan approval or rejection of these loans.
Ensure loan officers to prepare loan documents and legal documents required from clients and arrange them in files in preparation for delivery of the loan.
Follow-up to the signing of legal documents and confirmation of receipt of the Department of Finance and Administration has been duly.
Review all data on loans that are supervised and follow-up update if any changes and/or new additions occur.
Visit customers when they file complaints, work on a full record of the nature of the complaints, their causes, how to treat them and give a recommendation to the Regional Credit Manager.
Attending a meeting monthly with the Operations Department to make observations on the portfolio section and officers of the loans in the branch prior to the meeting and then work to ensure the application of the recommendations of the meetings.
Delivery of the Department of Finance deposits daily commensurate with the total financial movements as assets.
