Implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) related activities and programs
Conducts Due Diligence and System Audits to verify EHS compliance and continuous improvement
ACCOUNTABILITY
Perform duties of MR as per ISO requirement
Management of subordinates, vendors and suppliers on Quality and EHS aspect
Verify the adherence to and effective of the Quality System via external and internal audits
Conduct performance evaluation of Quality Control and EHS personnel
Conduct and review plant operation, emergency plan and contingency plan
Introduce continued improvement and optimization operation of Facility systems
Perform emergency support, if required
Supervise Security Department
Design, implement, maintain and developing JESCO Quality Management System (QMS) in conformity with international standards ISO 9001, API and TUV etc.
Assure and maintain the qualifications and certifications needs to produce.
Represent of Management regarding the Quality
Responsible to implement the Integrated Management Systems- IMS
Guarantee for implementation of the Quality Policy and monitoring the level of achievement for the quality goals, giving feedback for all participants to the process and for Management.
Setting up Quality assurance Strategy and objectives on annual bases and ensuring that targets are achieved.
Report to CEO on the performance of Management System related to Quality System and the any need for improvement.
Establish and maintain liaison with the certifying authority representatives.
Responsible for planning, scheduled and performed the internal audits for all processes in QMS.
Lead a team of quality auditors, and provide adequate training, coaching, and auditing skills enhancement.
Prepare and take part of the external audits from customers, Certification Company, etc and take on all documentations to demonstrate that the QMS is meet their expectance.
Maintains the supplier audit program, coordinating with the purchasing function.
Develop a system to measure and analyze close customer’s feedback reports and rectify any complaints from the customer.
Lead audits/assessments of major suppliers and sub-contractors for inclusion in AVL.
Prepares Management review and report ongoing activities to Management and keep the company continuous improvement efforts on track.
Prepare techniques for statistical calculation to evaluate the capability of the system.
Coordinate and manage any 3rd party audits as required.
Develop and implement continuous improvement programs.
Responsible for quality training to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO).
