• ETE is the holding company that owns Tamarai restaurant and Bar, Tamarai NC 151, and Turquaz establishments
• Established the LLC company with lawyers and accountants
• Negotiated the rent contract with Nile City Management (Landlords)
• Worked on a feasibility study for Tamarai and presented to investors
• Tamarai space is a total of 1, 200 m2 and a total investment $ 2.5 M
• Created a concept and vision for the company, and based on that, created the conceptual brief to landlord and interior decorator
• Created a bid for civil contractors, kitchen contractors after completeing BOQ
• Executed and Managed all financials prior to opening
• Hired a team of 90 employees
• Created a small head quarter office were we have the Finance, HR, Marketing and PR, accounting, cost control, purchasing and projects departments
• Completed the construction / design phase in 8 months.
• Trained sevice staff, kitchen staff, hostesses, security gurads on how to deal with customers and customer behaviour.
• Prepared a yearly marketing plan along with budgets to promote and position Tamarai as the number one destination in Cairo
• Prepared with PR a program to engage media with Tamarai services and give them a privileage within the venue for positive PR
• Monthly monitoring on all f&b, general expenses and income
• Manage and sign off all finacials at the end of the month
• Prepared an annual sponsorship / partnership package to companies
• Achieved international coverage and awards along the 4 year operation
