Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training café staff.
Managing staff's work schedules.
Conducting regular inspections of the cafe to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are
maintained.
Overseeing hot and cold beverages preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and
safety regulations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Do inventory on all products and cutlery items.
- Solve problems with suppliers.
- Train and teach new staff
- Control quality and quantity of beverages and cocktails.
- Report keeping.
- Introduction new rules, beverages, cocktails.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
- Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
- Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.
- Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Filling in for absent staff as needed.
- Punch the order on the POS machine and make sure to enter the special requirements made by
the guest while ordering the food.
- Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
