The main responsibility is for overseeing the operations of multiple sort facilities. The primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of multiple facilities operations. The primary duties include managing the maintenance and repair of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and supervising staff. and
•Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and processes. This may include maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and other facility-related activities.
•Develop and implement strategies to cut costs and optimize facility expenses. This may involve identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating contracts with suppliers, monitoring energy usage, and implementing efficiency measures.
•Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors. Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure that facility operations align with their requirements.
•Develop and implement policies and emergency preparedness plans to ensure the well-being of occupants.
•Optimize space utilization within the facility by analyzing current and future needs. This may involve planning and coordinating branding, furniture arrangements, expansions, and relocations.
•Oversee facility-related projects, such as renovations, upgrades, or expansions. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
•Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor facility operations. Regularly assess and report on the facility's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
•Provide leadership and guidance to facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage professional development.
•Identify opportunities to implement sustainable practices and environmental initiatives within the facility. This may involve energy conservation, waste management, recycling programs, and promoting green building practices.
•Stay updated with trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to operations. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall facility management strategy.
The responsibility includes supervising all types of commissioning and overseeing the installation of HVAC systems on-site and ensuring all units are working according to their specifications and meet the client's needs.
•Managing and controlling the commissioning process implementation to meet the company-approved procedure with the final commissioning report (10, 300 split and package units).
•Preparing the expenses, income, and final budget for the commissioning department.
•Preparing and finalizing the summarized commissioning process report with materials consumption.
•Ensuring that all work has been completed and the site is ready for commissioning.
•Hand over a contract to the maintenance department and client (350 contracts/houses).
•Conducting with the abnormal after-commissioning issues and problems related to installation.
•Preparing and reporting the incoming and abnormal issues to all parties for corrective and preventive action.
The responsibility includes supervising the project team to implement Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing for HVAC Systems from initiating phase to the close phase, and supporting the company to keep operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO9001:2015 standards.
• Reviewing the drawings, project specifications, and technical specifications.
• Reviewing the contract, managing, and controlling the scope of work.
• Worked with inspectors/consultants through the verified equipment for official acceptance and approval.
• Resolved conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
• Submit the invoice of payment regarding the progress and follow up on it.
• Worked and communicated with the client/owner to understand needs and provide our services.

The overall duties were to consider decreasing the manufacturing lead time without increasing the cost of production, for modern kitchens through the lean six sigma methodology.
•Determined the project's realistic constraints & SWOT analysis.
• Determined all problem statements and set the applicable problem in the project.
• Measured and analyzed the problem processes through lean six sigma tools and techniques.
•Calculated the cycle time and productivity rate and increased it around three times.
•Re-organized the production line by using the 5S Methodology.
•Determined the alternative design and project costs.
