- Run projects from design and development to production.
- Analyze the work nature of each client and how the job cycle will be performed.
- Gather project data from the client and supervise the process of data entry.
- Create a plan including the budget and due date for the implementation of each project.
- Approve the work plan from the General Manager.
- Define resources needed to implement the project and how the process of implementation will be done.
- Supervise the software Installation at the client’s location.
- Conduct the required training for software usage to the Client and make sure that all the software functions are clear.
- Design and maintain technical issues and all the projects.
- Handle software maintenance as required.
- Make UTA (user acceptance testing)
