Further to the above, and as per Board Approved DOA, I am tasked with third line of defense assurance on all VOs and Contracts above a certain threshold, prior to official approval of the Chairman of the Board.
Establish and lead the Internal Audit function for a community of approximately 20, 000 students and 2, 000 staff based in 17 campuses throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE) - the largest Federal higher education institution in the UAE
I was entrusted with setting up the Internal Audit Department for a seven billion dirham project. Report to the Board of Directors. As a member of the senior management team, my responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
