I joined the company as the Electrical manager for the Tea factory (Lipton); I was managing a crew of 6 technicians responsible for all the blending & packing machines.
I was a member in the project team responsible for the new tea factory expansion and relocation, including the revamping project of Constanta machines automation system.
I managed during this period to implement a maintenance program for all electrical equipment, as well as setting clear plans for purchasing of spare parts. I ran intensive sessions for the electricians on PLC troubleshooting and programming.
I was a task force member for TPM implementation as well as being a team facilitator for one of the teams. Moreover, I was a trainer for the foundation courses of TPM (5S, Team building, & VPM).

• Supervision the installation work of new machines (such as O. H. Crane, Straightening M/Cs, Bar counter, Tying M/Cs, etc....) and updating technical staff knowledge on maintaining these equipment.
• Headed the electrical installation team for the New Bar Mill project. The mill annual production capacity was 300, 000 tons/year in 1997/98.
. Conduct regular technical refreshment training courses for the electrical department staff on yearly basis.
• Technical responsibilities include supervising the proper performance of the following equipment: - DC drives up to 800 kW Leonard speed controller. - AC drives & VVVF control. - Programmable Logic Controllers s/w & h/w for the types: (FUJI-MICREX, SIEMENS-SIMATIC S5, Mitsubishi-MELSEC, Allen Bradley, etc…)
