Am working with Saudi Aramco as industrial trainer my
Duties include the following tasks:
• Teach apprentice the basic operator courses, gas oil separation plant course refinery basic operator course and gas plant basic operator course these courses talks about the basic methods of operating equipments in gas plant and refinery’s
• Describe the rolls of Saudi Aramco company, apply it all and work by it
• To carry out all types of Operations and Safety Training intended to facilitate learning
• Review the lesson before each training period, identifying the objectives and goals.
• Prepare appropriate training aids and incorporating e-learning and video clips
• Prepare remedial material for slow learners and enrichment materials for associated trainees and set up demonstrations, workshops and simulators as required.
• Assessment of trainees and there work including tests, homework, practical lessons and grade their tests and performance.
• Carry out administrative duties including attendance, progress records, disciplinary and deficiency notices.
• Prepare evaluations and module tests results for Senior Training Staff.
• Develop training material, module tests and practical tests.
• Carry out training at the training center and remote locations and shifts if required.
• Prepare lesson plans and pacing Schedules.
• Prepare for field trips to the plants, coordinate with the person in charge for these activities from the plant side, and coordinate for transportation, temporary or permanent accesses for trainees to the plant.
.• Working on the plant starting from constructions, pre commissioning and commissioning.
• Helping on starting up most of the plant equipments
• (D.C.S) Process Senior Operator (lime stone intake and Handling by traveling stacker and reclaimer.
• Operating, controlling and monitoring the variables on rotary kiln and multy hearth furnace.
• Supervising the Utilities-Boilers, Air Compressors and water Treatment units.
The magnesium oxide plant is capable of producing (Dead
Burned Magnesia) and special products on the basis of
Privies area, Utilities services an auxiliary facility
Working in the control room as D.C.S supervisor for the
Performance of operations and making follow up the
Operational area in the plant on the stern of (DELTA V)

• I worked as field operator at the Atmospheric Distillation
Unit and Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit.
• Starting up and shutting down units, observing all
Equipment of the unit sending and receiving equipments to and from maintenance and report them.
• Sending and receiving work permits to/from maintenance
Section observing materials, levels and pressures at
Columns.
• Adding chemical according to need.
• Follow up form control room.
• Full time member as refine operator, receiving and storing Vegetable oil treating, polishing, and filtration.
• Perform start up procedures for vacuum system used in the plant
• Monitor and control the process variables as required.
• Coordinate between processing units, Storing and loading facilities
