Starting July 2009 I was assigned as Manager In Charge ( General Manager ) to establish the new subsidiary of mobiserve holding in Kenya as hub to cover all east africa including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda and in parallel Senior Commercial Manager for Sub Saharan Africa

 Communicate, Negotiate and finalize the agreements with suppliers like Huawei, ZTE, …etc for all the after sales activities ( training agreements, Repair agrements, ..etc)
 Prepare and Provide tenders and offers related to training, repair, after sales services, site acquisition, tower supply, shelter supply, civil work, engineering services and all over implementation plans

 Manage training and technical support for the full range of Quicktel's switching, Access and transmission products Huawei Equipments in egypt, algeria, iraq …etc.

 Equipment performance and fault rate monitoring for all installed Huawei Equipment
 Interfacing to the subcontractors and the suppliers of the different sites' equipment (Diesel generators, HVAC...) during the warranty periods and cooperate with them in solving customer's complains related to their equipment.
 Preparing, proposing and negotiating the technical support contracts, the repair agreements and training contracts according to the customer (s) requirements.
