as an area manager i am responsible of a broad spectrum of tasks starting from doing showroom paper -work to training sales staff, ensuring good visual merchandising and staff are well-prepared to attend customers as well as encourage sales person to achieve company target sales and reduce stock loss and boost sales figures .
ALghanim electronics is one of the biggest company in the middle east in the field of electronic gadgets .
My experience with them allows me to gain a good IT and computer product knowledge .
My role was to attend customers and help them finding out what they need and provide a good customer service to them and to supervise over my team and train them .
Extensive involvement managing client relationships at all levels.
Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service.
Handle customer request, queries and complaints with all confidence.
Review daily stock levels and inform Manager of slow/ fast moving
items to increase sales.
working on raising the UPT and customers conversion rate, preparing paper work and sales reports to the manager .
solve customers complaint and exchange and refund tasks.
