my roles are:
Leading and strategizing the path of Dynamic Smart Solutions.
• He has effectively maintained accountability to the board while ensuring company performance aligns with the owner-group's strategic objectives.
• His role involves reaching critical settlements and agreements with stakeholders and partners, coupled with safeguarding the company's rights and interests.
Notice: this organization is a regional NGO works under the umbrella of the Arab League.
1. I lead strategic projects including the Arab Food Hub, Arab Digital Academy, and Arab Index of Digital Economy.
2. Builds strategic relations with regional and international partners and stakeholders.
3. Oversees the Federation's Studies and Research Center.
4. Represents the federation in regional and international events.
5. Manages the administrative activities of the federation.
6. Reports to the chairman and board of directors.
As a partner in Pronova consultancy I am fully subcontracted to Al Rowad IT Solution. Al Rowad is a fully governmental entity owned by the MOI.
My main roles are:
1. Strategy formulation, review, update in coordination with top management, colleagues and stakeholders

5. Designing the main concepts for Software development.
6. Participated in designing a lot of systems (performance management, internal audit, risk management, ERP (HR, Purchasing, Projects), …)
7. Assessment of new innovative opportunities and qualifying of vendors that promising to be upgraded to the level of partner as well as drawing the main lines of future collaborations
My role is to deliver the contracted practical advisory services in the field of business excellence and quality management to CMI clients. I participated in the AADC project in the main project stages. One of the innovative achievements made during the project was inventing in cooperation with ITO arm an application to manage and implement all excellence approaches through an automated app. Also I led the development process of some other apps like "smart office" for facilitating the control functions of the DG, as well as developing an app to evaluate the novelty and power of creativity and innovations.
Participated and Designed a platform that can fully operate every aspect in the organization. This platform accommodates the following:

My role is to provide the needed consultations to HE the Director General as well as Top Management in order to enroll all teams and departments to plan, carryout and improve all activities pertaining to Quality, Excellence, Innovation and Performance including compliance requirements with international standards or adopted best practices.
My duties entail (giving practical (blue-collar) advices for methodologies, deployment, training, performance assessment and management, strategy deployment, strategy reporting, KPI, Leadership assistance, strategic partnering assessment, provide in depth statistical analysis to support strategic management, auditing, BPR for automation purposes)
Contributed to these achievements:
1. Main member in the strategy control team that realized 97.5% success as per PMO ADAA system.

1. Manage Iinternal Audit.
2. Participating in the management review board.
3. Providing consultation and training for company staff especially, in how to implement the statistical techniques and applications.
4. Preparing the testing procedures, quality plans for every part number. Merging the quality results with process monitoring to achieve enhanced performance and decreasing sampling and inspection cost.
5. Developing an innovative approach to reduce the number of the control charts used from 50000 chart to only 170 chart. This was attained via merging SPC with sampling techniques to produce stable, economic and automated improvements in the process itself.
1. Conducting, or arranging for conducting, needed measurements & test requirements for the local manufactured parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
2. Vehicle body layout, on 3D specialized equipment.
3. Auditing, Qualifying and evaluating the Supplier Quality System and promoting their Quality System as well.

Accreditation of Inspection and Certification Bodies by the UC>KAS in July 1999 (5 days), as a result of this training, I have been chosen to participate in the accreditation services in Egypt. This service is furnished by EGAC, the Egyptian accreditation body.
