* Follow-up recruitment procedures in the company in terms of the choice of CV and presented to the departments concerned and the preparation and conduct personal interviews and presentations for applicants for new posts

* Issuance of employment contracts related to the new employees, in addition to the subsequent procedures in connection with employment in coordination with all departments in this regard.

* Supervision of organizing and filing the documents related to the company's employees by preparing a file for each employee.

* Maintaining an integrated database through H.R. program updated in the company, and updating such data, as well as management of reports necessary for the higher department.

* Preparing the annual evaluation and distributing it to the departments, in addition to the analysis of results.

* Preparing job description.

* Coordination with training centers with regard to training programs.

* Contribute to the preparation of the bylaws of the company and the salary scale

* Preparing social insurances related to Kuwaiti employees.

* Follow-up and preparation of annual leaves including completion of the form allocated for leaves, as well as calculation and following up the release of leave dues and hence balancing the leaves thereof.

* Preparing the due bonus of the employees.

* Following up the transactions of resigning employees or those whose service are ended, in connection with the preparation of financial clearances and dues and transferring the same to the financial department, in addition to Following up their release.

* Following up the residence of employees with regard to the date of expiry thereof, in addition to preparing the governmental forms related to the renewal and transfer of such residences in coordination with representatives and governmental authorities for the completion of such transaction.

* Follow-up business trips in the company of booking tickets and hotels and prepare travel allowance (per deam)

* Follow-up health insurance company bring in offers from insurance companies and presented to the company's adoption of and follow-up cases of insurance for employees and for them to overcome the difficulties.

* Following up the files of company's staff maintained with the Ministry of Social Affairs & Labor (permanent and governmental contracts) with respect to their validity, obtaining salary certificates related to the preparation of residence transactions associated with the residences, belong to employees.

* Following up the licenses of the company.

* Following up the needs of employees including the administrative services and participation in fulfilling such needs.
