Carried out and planned monthly routine scheduled maintenance work, and wrote maintenance strategies to help plans, guidelines, and maintenance procedures. Reviewed project proposals and detailed designs for new facilities, developed and evaluated theoretical and drawing designs, and produced outline designs.
Worked and protected the continuous running of the hotel guest rooms, suites and all of its equipment around the place, such as meeting rooms, GYM, and swimming pool. Diagnosed breakdown problems and shortcomings, dealt with unplanned problems, carried out quality inspection on job, and kept the mechanical engineer informed of progress.
