Reports
 Preparing reports for senior management on the operation and distribution of branches
 working on the Fero system
 Preparing KPIS Monthly For operation and Drvies
 Preparing reports for Assets At the company level
 Preparing reports for Dubai and Egypt
 Preparing the budget for All Sections

Distribution Management
1. Design/re distribution routs in conjunction with client sales routing schemes.
2. Sizing of manpower resources and distribution vehicles/sizes in a cost effective manner.
3. Perform time-in-motion studies as needed to insure an optimized resources utilization.
4. Ongoing manpower management and training to insure compliance and customer service discipline.
5. Analyze/optimize truck capacity vs. sales orders to insure a timely delivery with efficient prioritization.
6. Design internal/external service level agreements and assure full compliance from all ends. (i.e. cash collection/ goods returns policy)
7. Follow/up coordinate with fleet department on vehicles’ maintenance plans and issues.
8. Establish strong connection with clients to insure compliance and overcome any issues that might arise in the market.
9. Perform ongoing analysis/generate reports on cost efficiency per carton, rout, vehicle, and return rate.
10. Recommend solutions/enhancements where applicable.
11. Implementing health and safety procedures.



• Fleet Management
1. Responsible for calculating the rate of consumption of company cars and gasoline
in terms of
2. Control of expenses during the annual budget.
3. Responsible for drivers and maintenance supervisors and follow up the performance of their work according to plan
4. Follow up the performance and maintenance of vehicles
5. Responsible for the budget of tire and batteries
6. Responsible and follow-up change for the fleet
