 RESIGNATIONS- Processing with the approved Resignations, updating in the tracker and facilitating staff exit documents, RP Cancellations and releasing Final Settlements to staffs or forwarding to the bank in case of bank transfer.
 TERMINATIONS- Forwarding the request for terminations received from the Subsidiaries to Group Legal Department and processing with the terminations to the subsidiaries and following the same procedure as resignation.
 Department and informing the timekeepers to prepare the leave forms of the workers based on the Eligibility.
 Receiving all kinds of leaves (Annual/Sick and Emergency) directly from the site and checking their
 Passport Expiry, QID expiry date just to verify the labors eligibility for the leave applied.
 Addressing to all types of queries of the labors including (finance/Site complaints/salary issues/deduction problems/EOSS/ALS settlement).
 Informing the labors about the faxes they receive from their home country and helping them in the Emergency leaves.
 Accelerating the urgent termination/resignation cases with the finance/payroll considering the
 Emergency/urgency of the labors.
 Probing the right reasons behind an employee’s resignation and termination and give them proper counselling.
