 Manage planning, acquisition, project and handover teams developing the Telco network infrastructure/ICT/IoT/Smart city solutions across UAE (E2E) @ high manpower scale exceeding 100 direct resources and hundreds of indirect resources.
 Manage the projects baseline and frameworks according to signed agreements with vendors and customers respectively.
 Lead the process of Telco/ICT/Smart city/IoT projects lifecycle (identification-initiation-planning-Implementation-handover) and take the accountability against agreed objectives and targets.
 Manage the process of IoT/smart city proposals to end customer (technically, budgetary and PIP)
 Manage the financial (OPEX, CAPEX/CPI’s) process/recognition/collection in line with company’s defined baseline and setup target for each project ( annual budget responsibility around 60million USD, accumulative budget is around 750million USD)
 Support business unites for return of investment (ROI) measurement against all enterprise and smart city/IoT solutions and customize commercial proposals accordingly.
 Manage the risk analysis, register and mitigation plan consistently across the projects baseline.
 Professional priority management considering the value, return and timeline for each projects
 Develop/adopt professional project management tools and platforms to insure standard view, progress, highlights, risks for all projects according to agreed baseline.
 Manage the customer relationship, communication, periodic feedback and focus on areas of improvement adopting continued efficiency enhancement.
 Lead the process of proof of concepts, use cases and case studies for all wireless technology firms, average of 20-30 cases on yearly bases.
 Manage all vendors/contractors for service/projects delivery according to agreed PIPs & milestones
 Lead the process of business investment, project initiation (PID) and yearly budget allocation
 Support all business units finalizing the contractual agreements “SOW’s, contracts, contractual schedules, payment terms and LD’s” with all assigned vendors
