Work Scope:
‐ install of all MEP services:
Mechanical Services: Firefighting, Plumbing, Drainage HVAC (Duct & Chilled Water System), BMS
Electrical Services: Power, Lighting (Dimming System), UPS, Central Battery System, Access Control
System, Fire Alarm, SMATV, WiFi, CCTV, Master Clock, CO System, Earthling & Lightning, Audio Visual,
Tele Phone & Data
‐ Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and
Consultant & Monitoring project budgets, Schedule and Execution.
‐ Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of
Contract
‐ Provides guidance, managerial, and Preparation of all technical documents
‐ Selection and purchasing MEP materials.
‐ Obtain all completion certificates and acceptance documentation in a timely fashion
‐ Submit the invoices and follow up to cash flow

Work Scope:
‐ install of MEP services:

‐ Submitting the RFI’s and other relevant Technical requirements
‐ Submitting engineering documents for consultant approval.
‐ Follow up the subcontractors and review their invoices
‐ Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented accordingly
‐ Obtain all completion certificates and acceptance documentation in a timely fashion.

Projects: Lusail Arena Sports, Ali Ben Hamad Al Attiyah Arena, Qatar Handball Association Complex
Work Scope:
‐ Attending regular meetings with the main contractor & consultant and follow up the closeout report
‐ Review reports generated by Commissioning Engineers and provide support and technical guidance as and
when required.
‐ Coordinate with the Commissioning Engineers and ensure the development of integrated commissioning
plans in addition to overseeing the preparation of commissioning schedules.
‐ Checking coordination drawings & MEP as built drawings
‐ receives completion dossiers and handover to Qatar Olympic Committee
‐ follow up to the NCR’s and closed with the main contractor
‐ coordinate with the main contractor and arrange training courses for the facilities management team

Work Scope:
‐ install of MEP services:

‐ Follow up the progress with subcontractor’s and consultant
‐ Submitting the RFI’s and other relevant Technical requirements
