When assigned to Employee Relations, Employment, and Compensation the Human Resources operations head will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to managing the functions of employee relations, compensation, and employment providing general supervisory support to Human Resources staff; and assisting ADUKG employees with human resources related matters.

Main Tasks

The job holder supervises and assists the HR manager in directing the General Admin, recruitment functions assists the HR in planning, project coordination and supervision of HR team and functions.

In this role the job holder responsible for analyzing and directing all functional related activities within the scope of the HR.

Lead the HR team in supervising the day-to-day activities/problems to support the HR Manager.

Reporting all possible risks, complaints, concerns or issues to HR Manager on daily basis.

HR and other inter related functions; provide overall prioritization of work assignments and supervision of functional assignments and supervision of function team resources and their activities.

Foster and maintain positive relationships with HR Services constituents, including senior management, HR professionals, Finance, IT and IED customer and functional team members to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HR applications.

Assist in developing and reviewing HR required reports, processes and polices.

Build and maintain a strong functional HR Services and HR Team through effective constant evaluation, feedback, coaching, team building, prepare and participate in the preparation of staff development plans for each associate who is a member of the HR team.

Assist in the analysis, development and promotion of proactive approaches and processes using HR system to solve business needs/problems.

Assist in planning, development or implementation of new programs of HR.

Always ensure that all the work is done as per the policy and procedure of the organization.

Review and evaluate non-routine or more difficult policy interpretations, personnel action forms or employee work related problems.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of documents and services. Maintain quality customer service.

Records Administration: Oversee the retention of employees’ files.

Offer the value to internal customer within a safe and sustainable working environment

Assist in the evaluation of HR staff as well as development

Align and comply with ADUKG ISO Quality Standard Practices and Process and obtain responsibility on Business Processes owned, to review, amend and maintain documentation and records as per ADUKG ISO Quality Guideline and Manuals
