- Preparing and implementing a construction schedule to execute the works in a timely manner and according to specifications & drawings.
• Coordinating on a daily basis with owner representative, consultant, UDC, subcontractor, & suppliers.
• Liaising with procurement/purchasing department for the proper selection &
requisition of subcontractors & construction materials
• Supporting the engineering department in shop drawing production
• Building and managing a team to deliver the project according to the agreed upon baselines.
• Executing works according to project specs and authorities' requirements (Ashghal, kahrama, Marafeq etc.)
• Preparing project schedule including 1-2 month look ahead to measure progress.

Concrete & Finishing Works at “Development of ISF Camp package CPC7A” a 1 billion dollar plus mega military camp construction project consisting of several barrack buildings, general stores, sub-stations, parking lots, & circulation roads.
Duties:
• Developing & managing a team to execute the work according to scope, schedule, & cost baselines.
• Managing the proper selection & requisition of plant & construction materials.
• Liaising with owner representative, consultant, subcontractor, & suppliers.
• Coordination with MEP team to ensure the proper & timely succession of project activities.

• Managing the construction team to execute the work according to drawings, specifications, schedule, & budget.
• Overseeing the compliance of subcontractors to specifications & scope of work.
• Supervising a quality control team & coordinating with the consultant on a daily basis.
• Coordination with suppliers to ensure the timely arrival of requested construction material.
• Preparing status & progress reports for upper manager.
• Providing technical advice for problems arising during construction.
