• Partner with hiring Managers within the organization to track the hiring needs.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
• Plan, organize and carry out employer branding activities.
• Manage and develop hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Planning and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
• Using metrics for creating reports and identifying areas of improvement.
• Develop, coach, and motivate recruiting team.
• Make sure that "ATS" is updated with candidates' data.
• Estimating the required staff size based on the volume of requests we receive by creating a yield Ratio Analysis.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determining selection criteria.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in person interviews.
• Developing and recommending recruiting techniques to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.
• Supervise & interact closely with Talent Acquisition Coordinators and specialists as well as continuous follow up.
• Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
• Performing initial screening of candidates and face to face interview.
• Submitting the candidates' data on HITS.
• Sending job offers for the accepted candidates along with sending rejection emails for the rejected candidates.
• Ensure proper onboarding for the new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
•Supervise &interact closely with recruitment specialists as well as continuous follow
up.
•Setting KPIs and providing feedback to subordinates.
•Ensure compliance of recruitment processes (evaluation criteria, Reports etc.) to all
team.
•Discussing with line managers for job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and
skills.
•Builds recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs and open days.
•Marketing/Advertising: to reach a broader and wider market of candidates;
finding new Innovating and creative ways to make the Company an appealing and
desirable company to work for.
•Receiving Hiring Request from the Client and working on it with a SLA time.
•Filing and maintaining candidates’ database for future open positions.
•Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the recruitment manager.
•Design and implement recruitment plans.
•Work with Recruitment Supervisor to develop and implement standard processes and
Procedures that support a best in class recruiting function.
•Determine hiring and headcount needs.
•Advertising corporation’s needs and vacancies on different platforms (internally and
externally).
•Attending Job Fairs to attract calibers.
•Screen Candidates Resumes and hob applications.
•Screen Candidates over the phone.
•Make Schedules for interview appointments.
•Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools& methods to
filter candidates within schedule.
•On-board new employees.
•Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
•Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
•Receiving Vodafone, Etisalat Emirates and Du customers’ inquiries over the phone.
•Resolves customer complaints & problems aiming for customer satisfaction.
•Handles customer inquiries from beginning of the inquiry to its closing.
•Provide customers with services information.
•Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
and follow up to ensure resolution.
