Focusing on strategic clients giving them sufficient support to deliver many distinguished projects on time, within budget and in fully clients’ satisfaction condition.

1- Projects management and full design coordination between different trades.
(Architectural, Electrical, mechanical, structural)
2- Controlling and managing design phases and design procedures for different projects.
3- Preparation of conceptual/detailed design for different projects.
4- Liaison with contractors, study tender analysis and frequent site supervision visits.
5- Client liaison, project development, co-ordination between client requirements and electrical, Mechanical, civil/structural design works.
6- Coordination of Bills of Quantities, Drawings and Specifications.
7- Supervision of Designers / Draughts men and project managers.
8- Liaison with local authorities and municipality approvals.
9- Preparation of design and supervision fee offers and leading negotiations with clients.
10- Coordination with Site topographical and Geotechnical surveyors.
11- Coordination for abroad projects in Dubai and Kuwait.
12- Liaison with the office branches in Cairo and Dammam.
