1. Providing guidance and direction to QA team to ensure quality standards are achieved. while developing plans for TQM.

TASKS
1. Evaluating & presenting continuous improvement to reducing production costs.
2. Providing timely, consistent and accurate QA reports.
3. Preparing inspection methods for new products/raw materials.
4. Eliminating all inefficient activities & processes in operating QA department.
5. Providing guidance to all concerned on QA methods and techniques.
6. Recommending and following up on required training for QA employees.
7. Ensuring the development of alternate manpower for executing QA requirements.
8. Working closely with Procurement to assess suppliers/providers performance and to generate a preferred suppliers list.
9. Developing & implementing QA testing methods/techniques for each product category/family and ensure execution.
10. Offering advice and recommendation on machines/equipment/tools upgrade to improve efficiency of testing methods.
11-Ensuring all required reports tracking all QA data are generated on time for the senior management
