Provide support to the Front Office and Guest Service Centre Teams.
•Handling Foreign and GCC guests (answering incoming calls and meeting the guests when needed).
•Assisting in solving the guest complaints and making sure that they are fully satisfied with the hotel services during their stays.
•Main interlocutor between Dubai officials and the hotel management.
•Sending daily guests’ data to the CID Center while making sure that all team members work in compliance with the government laws.
•Assisting and participating actively in the daily Front Office briefings.

Answer phone calls, organize and schedule appointments.
•Plan meetings and take minutes, write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
•Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
•Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
•Provide general support to visitors.
•Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
•Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
•Prepares reports by collecting information.
