Maintains and updating training calendar with different clients.
Maintains and updates office records & database such as associate files, work schedules, forms, supply lists organizational charts and related internal files

Roles and responsibilities are to:
a) Manage and support Office HSE Correspondences.
b) Assist in weekly and monthly HSE meetings required for safety related issues.
c) Perform primarily periodical audits/inspections necessary for office safety.
d) Assist in conducting required training where deemed necessity such (Stress management, Ergonomics, PPE.
e) Follow up HSE programs/campaigns required for awareness and continuous improvement to our clients.
f) Participate in the required JSA/RA work-shops .
g) Follow up work activities at client work site and offices to ensure system compliance and proper implementation as per the company HSE policy i.e.
