Develop and execute recruiting plans
Review and coordinate candidate applications conducts phone interviews/ screenings as needed, refer candidates to hiring managers, and participate in applicant interviews as needed
Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Undertake tasks around performance management
Conduct salary and market research to define benchmarks
Promptly respond to employee queries regardless the query is received via email or in person
Conduct quarterly surveys for improving employee satisfaction and share reports accordingly with the management
Facilitate for smooth inductions of the new hires that includes onboarding, orientations, feedback Sessions, confirmations, and employee exits
Looking after employee engagement activities like work anniversaries and birthdays
