- Technical supervision of all mechanical activities including installation and testing & commissioning.
- Attaining site condition analysis on all legacy works and obtaining the right decision with the optimal cost.
- Review technical submittals, shop drawings, requests of contractors & material inspections.
- Following up system functionality and sequence of operation for time control modes, start/stop controls and load cycling as a part of Energy and Efficiency Management.
- Involved in handling the whole BMS system including engineering review, installation, integration, testing & commissioning, and final graphics interface (GUI).
- Prepare handing over procedures and record snags to verify if the completion is as per specification.
