Working to source best vendors whose meet our brand requirements.
Providing all approvals to vendors which will help to proceed the bulk.
Costing and pricing with vendors to get best prices .
Allocating the styles with the vendors based on their prices and their ability to achieve required DD.
Helping the vendors to source Fabric and trims.
Closely follow up with all vendors to make sure that all in track with OTD.
Checking vendors performances and work on improvements to meet OTD.
Closely follow up with planning team for seasons potential and prices.
➢Figure out the sales budgets based on the yearly targets .
➢Working on allocating the capacity by getting Pos from the customers as monthly capacity allocation basis . ➢Distributing the duties between the merchandising team .
➢Following up the daily tasks with the merchandising team, and weekly report .
➢Insuring the daily, weekly, monthly targets has achieved successfully .
➢Cooperating with other factory departments as management, seniority, and other levels to insure and assure achieve
the general interest of the factory and group .

Daily communications with buyer to follow clients business
starting from costing &pricing going through developing,
production and shipment. Getting all clients approval to proceed
the product as per client’s requirements. Work with buyer to
increase the business with him to achieve financial targets for
the company .daily working with buyer and company
departments to achieve Handover dates for each shipment.
Follow up productions stages with management t team to work as
client guidelines .getting client feedback to improve weakness
points in future business. Handling clients concerns till to
achieve their satisfactions
Setup, re merchandising & replenishing new stock as it arrives. Delivering weekly floor moves. Window installations and mannequin styling, Translating catalogs & promotions into real designs on the showroom floor. Assisting and training IN Store Teams Working closely with the management and marketing team to increase sales, Working with the VM Manager & sales teams to achieve commercial goals. Ensure all products are compliant with the company standards, organizing the effective and efficient utilization of store space Recommending brand, Price point and buying depth strategies rearranging, analyzing sales figures.
