1- Assist COO in developing and implementing department’s strategy, and setting strategic objectives for the departments
2- Initiate, plan, manage, and measure improvement and HSE projects utilizing LEAN thinking to achieve demonstrable results.
3- Maintain and improve company’s quality system (HSE, ISO, & OSHAS), and policies and procedures manual to ensure audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company’s accreditation to the standards.
4- Ensure that policies and procedures are followed and implemented by all personnel working in the zone, and that they are compliance with the quality system’s requirements as well as with national and international standards and legislations as per ISO 9001:2008 certification.
5- Conduct internal audit for an interval period of time for a minimum of 18th per year to reassess compliance of quality system implementation.
6- Mentor and define the quality procedures to all staff to increase level of consciousness of quality awareness and increase profitability of the company.
7- Manage and maintain the risk management system.
8- Organize and manage all quality assurance and system functions of the company with close coordination with clients and company’s management staff.
9- Formulate and manage the development and its implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control to attain objectives and goals of the QMS.
10- Ensure the quality management systems suitability, effectiveness, and efficiency are up to the needs of the business to meets quality potentials.
11- Act as main contact for all issues relating to HSE, ISO, and OSHAS with departments and outside agencies.

01) To supervise the correct functioning of the Factory’s Quality Systems, so as to ensure that the finished products meet quality standards.

02) Coordinates the HACCP studies and assures updating of production documents, and QMS accordingly and does the necessary marking of CCPs in the relevant place.

03) Coordinates the setting up the Factory QMS, monitors its implementation and coordinates its periodic review and updating.

04) Ensures the proper sensory analyses and trains members of the taste testing panels

05) Ensure maintenance of GLP and QA best practices to be demonstrated by excellent rating in P-test.

06) Monitors environmental and hygienic conditions in the factory, supervises the hygiene contractor, checks the efficiency of cleaning and participates in the resolution of quality and hygiene problems.

07) Maintains quality records and summaries showing the evolution of the principal quality parameters and due reporting of QA KPIs.

08) Keeps management informed of all quality, food safety, safety at work, environment deviations and participates in corrective action as required.

09) Participates in the Factory's internal audit programme.

10) Participates in supplier visits and vendor assessment schemes.

11) Promotes quality and Food Safety awareness and is permanently on the lookout for ways of improving the quality, food safety, safety at work and environment.

12) Organizes all analyses of raw and packaging materials and finished products required by the QMS.

1) Develop a FSMS/Quality training calendar of the factory for the year in consultation with factory HR.

2)Develop Training packages targeting each individual group viz Process, Engg. & utility technicians, Contract labour for Packing, tipping, warehousing, Canteen & clean tech operations.

3) Develop QMS & timely review together with respective FSMS team members of the department and approved from the Factory Management.

4) Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Specialist & Contact Point for the Factory

5) Coordinate with IPM contractor (PCI) to establish IPM procedures/rules for facility - IPM Manual including the IPM plan.

6) Review IPM report & trends for the factory by the PCI & forward to Management for support.

7) Assess IPM activities in the factory in daily rounds & joint audits with PCI operator once per month.

8) Nestlé supervisor for outsourced cleaning activities - certain environment cleaning activities are outsourced in the factory & are supervised by the contractor supervisor. The Factory Hygienist is responsible to coordinate the following with the contractor supervisor.

9) Develop daily cleaning schedule, procedure & checklist.

10) Fllow-up/Audit on the schedule & corrective action report.

1) Supervise and direct laboratory technicians on duty.

2) Ensure that quality records are correct and up dated.

3) Supervise the daily production release and generate reports.

4) Participate in any troubleshooting exercise that may be necessary.

5) Handle customer complaint by interacting with the complaint where possible/ necessary and interact with sales division when necessary.

6) participate in all the activities including the requirement of ISO Quality System.

7) Ensure that the work area is always kept clean.

8) ensure no expired material within factory premises.

1) Review all the ISO related documents every year and update the changes if any.

2) Prepare the schedule for Internal Auditor and attend all the audits in the factory.

3) Responsable for 4 Systems ( Quality, HACCP, OHSAS and Enviroment ) as a document controller.

5) Maintain highly organized working place in production and highly personal hygiene.
