Job Description :-
1. Setup and implement the accounting system.
2. Implement the accounting principles and procedures.
3. Assisting the Business Unit Finance Department in the preparation of financial reports at the business units.
4. Compiling and maintaining an information database on the Business Units for the purpose of providing quick information access to the Business Unit Management and Top Management.
5. Preparing special reports for the top management.
6. Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
7. Cost Centres Allocation of Expenses.
8. Monitoring and controlling project costs.
9. Establishing warehouses with polices & procedure.
10. Perform supervisory duties and exercises financial authority at the level established by Management.
11. Preparing the internal financial and administrating policy.
12. Issuing recommendations to the board of directors on methods of cutting costs.
13. Issuing the Financial Statements for the following companies & Activities :-
• Gulf Concrete Products (Precast Factory).
• Dar Al-Mustafa Trading (Exclusive Agency in PEX Fittings Materials)
• Dar A-Mustafa Contracting (PEX Plumbing System Contracting)
• Dar Al-Mustafa Real Estate (Real Estate Investments)
• Juices Factory (Food & Beverage).
• Turkey Hill (Exclusive Agency in Ice Cream).
• Dar Al-Mustafa Holding Group Combined Financial Statements in 2014.
• Global Pipes Trading Co. (Exclusive Agency in Thermo pipes) as a Sister Company in 2015.
• Juices Factory Trading Company as a Sister Company in 2015.
• Dar Al-Mustafa Holding Group Consolidated Financial Statements in 2015.
1. Ensure accurate posting of accounting entries in journal and general ledger.
2. Follow up the accounts receivable and settlement of accounts payable.
3. Follow up the company debts (if any).
4. Supervise accurate preparation of payment vouchers, receipt vouchers and journal entry vouchers.
5. Follow up the preparation of monthly bank statements & reconciliations.
6. Preparation of monthly trial balances, analysis statements and final accounts.
7. Submit (monthly & quarterly) financial reports to the top management.
8. Preparing Costing reports for the training courses.
9. Accuracy in execution of accounting transactions.
10. Review documents to assure integrity and accuracy.
11. Preparing an annual budget.
12. Supervising and reviewing the monthly and annual inventory.
13. Reviewing employees' payroll after receiving them from HR Dep.
14. Preparing all the financial reports required for Evaluating & Merging the company with Al Aain training institute. Under the supervision of Pan Gulf Consolations Financial & Management Advisors.
15. Establishing the accounts of the Company and preparing the final accounts after Evaluating & Merging process and issuing the first balance sheet in 2008.
16. Contributing & Sharing with the Gulf for Research & Economic Consolations in the requirements for changing TAFE Arabia co. from a limited liability company into a closed joint stock company and preparing the journal entries, final accounts concerning the changing process and issuing the first financial statements to TAFE Arabia co. as a closed joint stock company in 2011.
17. Issuing the financial statements for the Company from 2009 to 2012.
18. Issuing quarter’s financial statements for the Company (As Closed joint stock Company) from 2011 to 2012.
19. Preparing five years business Financial Projection from 2013 to 2017.
20. Preparing the annual board of directors' report and submit it to the Ministry of Trade and Industry with the annual financial statements.
21. Introducing support to HR Dep.
Preparing & Issuing (3) Balance Sheet for Al-Rumaih Contacting Co. From 2010 up to 2012.
1. Recording all financial transactions (Sales invoices, Purchases invoices, Vouchers Receipts, Payments Receipts, .Etc.)
2. Preparing bank payment vouchers & cheques to suppliers account.
3. Following-up the customers for the collection of debts.
4. Participates in the preparation of the monthly financial statements and forwards to the financial Manager for review.
5. Enough knowledge of poultry Life Cycle.
6. Preparing the financial report for the poultry Life Cycle.
7. Preparing the financial report for the inventory of veterinary medicines and vaccines.
8. Preparing the monthly payroll for the staff.
