Mr. Yazan Badawi provided IT support for the Employment & Professional Enrichment Program and contributed to its success with his efficient work throughout its cycles and stages. He ensured all computers and laptops were running well, all network connections are available for the 100 interns, he downloaded a number of softwares required for all the training conducted during the program, and he ensured that the training courses were running smoothly in regards to the IT support needed. He has good relations with all the staff as well as all the interns in the program. He is highly respected by his colleagues and willing to help others anytime. He is professional, motivated, dedicated, reliable, diligent at his work, seeks knowledge and constantly working at improving himself. He assimilates information quickly, maintains a positive attitude and works well under pressure. As the Program Manager, I would like to personally express my appreciation for his efforts during that period and I believe he would be a valuable addition to any organization.
