•Provide staff training to both internal and business stakeholders, where required & appropriate.

•Actively apply, develop and identify common sense practical and business area concepts and issues. This includes all levels of security (technical, physical, procedural and administrative).
•Recommend, develop, and administer information technology policies and procedures to support the short and long term information technology, especially in the service delivery spectrum, needs of HMG Project management.
•Research new technologies in information technology and provide recommendations to the group to support the strategic direction of both the department and organization.
