1. Planning for shipments consolidation to optimize costs
2. Revising and tracking all shipping documentation process and contacting Cisco and other vendors abroad to assure compatibility with customs regulations to maintain best service to the customer.
3. Monitor action list daily to reconcile order exceptions that could cause delays in customer deliveries.
4. Recognize and reconcile proactively any potential order conflicts such as delivery/shipping delays to ensure smooth and on-time delivery along with 3rd parties ( Banks, NTRA, Customs, Vendors)
5. Manage all the transactions (in and out) from the warehouse as well as the stock balance (supply Chain).
6. Negotiate, monitor and revise all logistics related expenses to assure logistics cost optimization.
7. Handling & managing all reverse logistics process.
8. Responsible for importation, logistics, planning and distribution and managing team.

1. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. in compliance with company’s policies and vision
2. Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
3. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
4. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
5. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
6. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
7. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
8. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
9. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Oct
1- Analyze parts stock level regularly, to compile parts order and assist stock. 2- Analyze parts stock control movement and recommend actions. 3Forecast parts demand using the system. 4-Review parts consumption regularly and report on sudden demand or shortage. 5- Amending shipping types in order to reach ideal availability with the lowest cost & minimum delivery time. 6- Present and review recommended parts orders. 7- Obtaining competitive quotes for Purchase Requisitions with International Vendors, Service Providers 8- Issuing Purchase Orders that would reflect Purchase Requisition Items, Service Requirements, Logistical Requirements Items 9- Follow up of purchased goods up until full delivery to the client and receipt of signed proof of delivery 10- Conducting all export and import paperwork required to conduct the shipment. 11- Increasing the company competitiveness through the development of a wide range of effective, and price competitive suppliers, service providers, logistical solutions. 12- Ensure high parts availability level at branches by closely controlling parts Stock movement
