Assigned as a Package (26 School Projects) Construction Manager under the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Public Education Project. The role of PCM is to represent the client (Tatweer Building Co.) in construction of these projects and managing the Contractors and Consultant; in addition we build capability and transfer knowledge to Client, Contractors and Consultant.
I have been involved in the construction management for a several projects funded by USAID under the "Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Project" and "Pollution Prevention for Environmental Health Protection Project". I have served as overall Construction Task Manger for a$30, 000, 000+ program to improve watet supply system in amman city and Sewer coverage in the Qairawan Watershed in Jerash city. The main construction elements include:
Construction of Amman water syatem improvement. Consisting of Ductile Iron Pipes installation 8.50 kilometers, Flow Control Valves, Pressure Reducing Valves, and rehabilitation of 66 exixting PRVs.
Construction of Suf Trunk Sewer Line 8.50 kilometers, consisting different type of pipes as HDPE Profile Wall 460mm, 315mm, 400mm and 500mm uPVC Pipe, 150mm & 200mm Concrete Pipe, construction of 900mm & 1000mm diameter Precast and Cast in Siue Manholes, reiforced concrete encasement. in addition to rock fill mattress, demolition and decommissioning of existing manholes. Contract Value is USD $3, 851, 920.00
Sanitary sewer connections of over 200 households.
More than 20 separate sewer extension projects totaling more than 5 kilometers.
Refurbishment of the Jerash Slaughterhouse including upgrades to the building wastewater handling, interior, exterior, plumbing, and electrical.
Suf Trunk Line replacemnet design.
Installation of on site wastewater disposal systems.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing pre-design studies including geotechnical site surveys.
Preparing construction cost estimates.
Preparing bid documents for above mentioned projects.
Participation in different committees to evaluate bids and quotes.
Supervising construction activities, for above mentioned projects.
Following record tracking for above mentioned projects.
Tracking reports and project schedules and monitoring invoices and payments.
While with Opere Publiche S.P.A., I was a project Engineer for the construction of a 10, 000, 000.00 EURO Waste Water Treatment Plant, serving the Al-Talbieh Town (located 20 Km south the capital Amman). My responsibilities include:
Project engineer: responsible for constructing the buildings, structures, tanks, roads, landscaping and infrastructures according to the technical specifications and shop drawings.
Providing the sub-contractors with the daily, weekly, and monthly reports necessary to execute the work with schedule.
Supervise the approved and as built quantities, and checking the invoices submitted to the consultant.
Checking the shop drawings and monitoring the material needed in the project.
Preparing the check request to be submitted to the consultant.
Client representative for Construction of Staff Accommodation consisting of basement-ground and 10 floors building located in Dubai.
Client representative for maintenance and rehabilitation of labor camp located in Dubai.
Project Engineer for construction of 128 Ware Houses located in Dubai.

Construction of Magnesia Oxide Product Handling, Storage and Dispatch at Aqaba - Jordan. Total budget was 2, 000, 000.00 JOD.
The project consisted of construction of two 30 meter height each Silos, by using Slip Forming Technology, and other related facilities such as Control and Store Buildings, Dispatch Pits, Conveyor Belt Steel Structure, Retaining Walls, Roads and all MEP works.
