As a Manager-Projects manager, responsible for business development, financial and operation management, planning, staffing and organization structure, implementation of corporate office policies.
Assist the company in implementing the performance strategies, developing and growing the industrial and commercial business lines.
Projects executive reporting and briefs, engage and manage the projects teams to carry out duties in accordance with safety, environmental, quality policies, and security requirements.
Projects include:
1-Akoya-Oxygen (clusters D, E, and L1) 950 villas
• Completeness, compatibility with legislation and relevant standards, applicability/feasibility, precision and correctness of design elements .
• Handling the contractual issues and monthly invoices.
• Organization and planning.
• Monitoring quality control to ensure that the construction specifications are adhered to for different items
• Monitoring the progress and managing the project’s cost control.
• Response /compliance of contractor with Engineer's written instructions.
• Timely completion of the contracts.
• Monitoring safety applications on site
• Monitoring the suitability and adequacy of personnel and office equipments.
• Studying the documented requests for time extension and observing the deadlines when the contractors submit the claims.
• Studying the documents and approving non exaggerated claims for liquidated damages.
• Breach of other terms of the contract by the contractors
• • Managing resources and sub-contractors.
• Handling the contractual issues and monthly invoices.
• Attending weekly progress and coordination meetings…etc
• Managing civil operations, construction and engineering works
• Setting status reports, target dates …etc to achieve execution Schedule.
• Monitoring quality control to ensure that the construction specifications are adhered to for different items
• Monitoring the progress and managing the project’s cost control.
• Solving construction problems and any daily issue on hand.
• Meeting deadlines and operational requirements.

• Managing civil operations, constructions and engineering works with a J.V.
partner (FLUOR International Inc., Arlington Virginia, U.S.A.), with a direct client being United States Armed Corp of Engineers (USACE)
• Managing resources and sub-contractors for the internal finish of the studios’ buildings.
• Supervision of works ensuring that the execution is according to approved drawings & detailed sketches
• Checking architectural drawing list including schedules, sketches & FCNs
• Achieving finishes execution programs and monitoring progress.
• Attending progress and coordination meetings…etc.
• Applying the method statement, quality control and construction specifications for different items.
• Preparing snag list and the final hand over to the client
• Responsible for the internal finish of the studios buildings.
• Managing resources and sub-contractors.
• Achieving execution programs and monitoring progress.

• Ensure applying the methods of statement, quality control and construction specifications for different items.
• Setting status reports, target dates …etc to fulfill the program
• In Charge of all the technical activities to include but not limited to analyzing different construction chemicals from various suppliers and identifying the right choice, determining the appropriate method for repairing & rehabilitation of special structures, training subordinates on properly applying different execution methods, following up on the applications and specifying suitable testing procedures.
