-About the project :King Abdullah Financial District transit system in Riyadh is a driverless 3.6 km straddle beam monorail system. monorail will run in a loop around the district, with six stations and connected to the metro station . The construction of the monorail must interface and co-ordinate with the construction of the many buildings and utilities around it.

* Preparing method statement, S/C pre-qualification, and material submitals for SYSTRA approval .
* Validate and review BOQ to start implementing a procurement long term plan .

-Reviewing all structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.

Managing teams to execute a flyover hanged bridge at Riyadh city including earth work, asphalt and road work, landscaping & hardscaping, installation of precast barriers, diverting existing utilities and coordinate with the authorities .
helped on multiple projects in Arizona market including “Shop Congress” located at 1 N. 5th Ave Tucson, AZ 85701(project ID is 10312164) registered EBO&M in 2008/2009.
I took a management role at Wyan Engineering LLC - a full service design build firm. Wyan Engineering LLC was hired by Ron Schwabe (Peach Properties Inc.) to handle LEED administration.
I provided research and design comparison for the different LEED rating systems to help in pursuit of certification. They specifically helped on the following credits:
1-CI SSc3.2 (provided credit criteria including limits to achieve and bicycle rack storage options including locker selection and generic rack systems)
2- CI SSc3.1( alternative transportation options including proximity to stations and bus stop proximity)
3- CI SSc2 (community connectivity including list of basic serves near our building location and general distances to each of them meeting our criteria for credit completion).
-Project : D.K.A.R.- Development of King Abdullah Road at Riyadh center . The road includes execution of 4 underpasses in addition to improve all infrastructure utilities. The project used the rubber asphalt for the first time is Saudi Arabia .

Managing teams to execute the development of King Abdullah Road phase I(D.K.A.R.)
Responsibilities & roles:
- Managed earth work teams to perform cutting and filling activities.

-Coordinating with municipalities for diverting and executing new utilities
-Manage subcontractor and coordinating between them to avoid any conflicts.

PREMCO is a precast factory that delivers a precast units specially to Saudi Bin Group. Many units where produced in this factory for mega projects in Saudi Arabia at that time such as K.A.U.S.T., MOI, Mecca & Medina Holy Mosques, ...etc .My responsibilities as a planning civil engineer were :
- Prepare and plan a production schedule for the production lines.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports for produced and delivered manufactured items.
-Prepare monthly cost reports for produced units.
-Prepare monthly operating costs for the factory .
-Planning future cost for operation and production at the factory .
- Prepare shop-drawing for the precast elements and solve technical issues.

The project was a construction of a high rise building in Riyadh city .My main responsibilities as a civil engineer trainee were :
- Controlled construction activities such as : steel reinforcement, form work, and concrete pouring .
- Followed up with the concrete patch plant to secure the availability of concrete upon request
- Raised Inspection Request to consultant and validated deliverable.
