Scope of Works & Responsibilities:
-Collecting and analyzing project requirements from project sponsor/owner
-Issue/participate in building the project management master plan
-Following up to complete all authorities' permit requirements and procedures
-Coordinating between all design sectors till the final design and acceptance by the sponsor
-Coordinating between the project technical/management team and the site team
-Review and study of all offers/quotes from vendors domestically and internationally
-Handling all sub-contractors regarding all project requirements, quality, and specifications
-Daily managing and controlling all project constrains (scope, time, cost and quality)
-Issuing weekly/monthly project progress and status reports
-Managing all procurement activities and implementing contract terms
-Quantity surveying of on-going and future projects and identifying required resources
-Risk identification and implementing corrective and preventive actions
-Reviewing/submitting of project documents, design and shop drawings for construction licenses release by Abu Dhabi authorities such as ADM, UPC, Estidama, DOT, ADCC, ADSSC, HSE and Civil Defense Dep.… etc
-Handling project sustainability requirements related to Abu Dhabi Estidama approvals
-Participate in projects design process, drafting, resources, development and time schedule
-Reporting to General Manager/Sponsor/Project Owner

Scope of Works & Responsibilities:
-Tender study including projects costing, and material quantity surveying, time planning...etc
-Preparation of sub-contracts and following up with suppliers progress
-Issue all project reports including material quality reports, non conformance reports, method of statements (MOS), inspection and test plans (ITP), daily/weekly progress reports...etc
-Supervising sub-contractors on site and suppliers follow up
-Concrete batch plant QC, design mix and materials control
-Participating in project management and coordination between site and technical office.
-Architectural design for administration & industrial buildings, instrumentation fixation
-Participate in permit-to-work system to assure work is done with the required safety manners
-Work progress reporting to Area Projects Manager

-ELNG project - Edku, Egypt
2 liquefying natural gas trains project with all facilities, estimated total cost of 2B USD
-Multi electrical power stations with Siemens - Egypt
Estimation and QS works for various stations in Egypt, estimated costs of over 100M LE
Scope of Works & Responsibilities:
-Supervising architecture and civil works on site carried by the company
-Project work change notes/ non conformance reports
-Project shop drawing and drawings reissue/modification
-Architectural design works for site facilities
-Work Progress reporting to Site Manager

-Flex foam Factory - Burj Al Arab, Alexandria, Egypt
