 Participate in formulating HR operations plan & budget to ensure the alignment with HR plan and strategy.

 Ensures that all the processes of planning, recruiting and selecting comply with the organization's recruitment procedures and policies and that it is implemented in an efficient and effective manner.
 Coordinate with departments’ heads and provide the needed support and technical assistance to ensure compliance with manpower planning and selection systems.
 Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
 Participate in job fairs and career events
 Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, etc.).
