Responsibilities:
7. Construct 15 tennis courts & arena 5500 seats & tenis stadium & tennis academy & Kuwait Headquarters of the Tennis Federation & Luxury Mall “ 360 mall” starting from 35% progress
8. Design and build project, review design concept, material selected to comply with design and agreed budget including acoustic and fire rated and safety concepts
9. Fit-out area include VIP lounges, VIP rooms, restaurants, fittnes center, medical center, players room, media center
10. Arena include both system recractable and fixed seats and high class VIP boxes and lounges & movable system to make it suitable for all uses as Ice skating - handball- tennis - ballroom- stage where make design and specs very complicated to comply with all those deferent usages
