Key Responsibilities: • Instrumental in handling main maintenance workshop, identifying
system problems in hardware, software and peripheral equipment and recommending effective solutions to problems for mobile issues.
• Providing enterprise-wide phone support, assisting in the deployment of software and hardware, and training sales representatives on technology that supports the sales process for iPhone, Nokia and
BlackBerry mobile.
• Assisting in all aspects of equipment repair including battery
replacement, reloading operating system, etc., and • Working directly with equipment manufacturers from Chinese market to obtain purchasing orders for mobile spare parts and accessories.
• Configuring equipment with appropriate software and hardware
components such as, wireless cards, printers, scanners, etc.,
troubleshooting, providing technical solutions for mobile issues.
• Extending support and providing value added features like version
management and customized warranty given in the mobile during the purchase.
• Training end users on functionality of software and imparting on job
training and development of new technicians and other staff under purview.
• Staying abreast of new developments, changes in mobile technology to enhance the quality of customer service provided.
I am a technical specialist with 9+ years of diversified experience in maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repair of mobile phones with specific focus on smart phones including
iPhone, BlackBerry, Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, and Samsung. I am seeking a position to utilize hands on expertise and technical know how to catalyze organizational excellence.
As will be apparent from my CV, one of key strength is my excellent technical background in resolving most complex problems of mobile issues. I am proficient in handling inspection and
repair of damaged mobile phones which have been subject to a warranty claim, and have
